The service

Sharnix provides managed preview tunnels that expose a local application to selected visitors through HTTPS share links. The service is intended for development previews, client reviews, and testing — not production hosting of business-critical workloads.

Your responsibilities

  • You control what local ports and applications you expose through the agent
  • You are responsible for content served through your tunnels and share links
  • You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms
  • You must not use Sharnix for phishing, malware, credential harvesting, spam, or illegal content
  • You must not attempt to bypass link restrictions, probe other users' tunnels, or attack the service

Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate accounts or links immediately, without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or posed a security or abuse risk. Report suspected abuse to abuse@sharnix.com.

Accounts & plans

Free and paid plans may include usage limits described on our pricing page. We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled in the dashboard or via Stripe.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Previews depend on your local application and agent remaining online unless a separate hold/replay feature applies. We are not liable for downtime caused by your environment, network, or third-party providers.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use preview links at your own risk when exposing local applications — prefer read-only links and access controls for untrusted viewers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharnix's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you are on the free plan.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
